It's rough, theres certain estates and streets to avoid, but you're not likely to get stabbed or hassled in the street, but after dark it does have a bit of a " lets get home quick as possible" vibe
That said, theres plenty of places you are less likely to get stabbed or given grief than govan as well
Cessnock is close by, and a similar budget for rent/ buying is required but quite a bit safer, in my opinion |
