Comment	I’m clearly not making myself clear. I am all for meaningful change. 1. Improve public transport. 2. Ban the majority of vehicles from the city, except buses, taxis service vehicles. Banning <10% of cars is not meaningful change, and won’t drive significant improvement in the revenues of public transport. That’s my humble opinion.
