Comment	Can recommend after repeat visits. Five March, Eighty Eight or Ox and Finch. If you want steak Tiffneys. Dakota is nice, maybe a wee bit corporate/impersonal, and on the expensive end. Spanish Butcher was overpriced and sloppy on my only visit. Not tried it so can't recommend but heard good things about Bilson Eleven and it meets you criteria.
