Back in 2018 the headline was similar but with Crow Road retail park being the focus.

Since then we have had zero progress towards a solution.

I have said the following in other posts;

Last year I called for a needle uplift. The crew that came promptly the next day could not find it, as I was close when they called me I offered to walk them round to the location of the syringe.
On the way round in conversation the cleansing guys and I chatted and they said they used to have a crew of 3 running in 2 bulk uplift vans covering the city centre. Now (last year) they had 2 crew in 1 van for the entirety of the city centre.

Now scale this up and we can potentailly see the scale of the impact cutbacks have had resulting in the waste problem we are facing in Glasgow.
