Aye these things happen. Can't run to reddit to complain when it's literally their failing. They haven't forgot. They just aren't doing it then complaining they've been charged.
People sit in their own bubble on the bus with or without tapping on & off. Kids tap on. Pensions tap on. Then everyone sits with headphones. Or is so out their face they aren't worth talking to.
