I’ll second citizen M hotel for it. Not used the one in Glasgow but used them a lot elsewhere when I’ve had some work to do. Fast Wi-Fi, quiet but not dead, decent coffee and food/snacks. Fairly easy place to kill a few hours of work and not feel uncomfortable.
