Comment | It's a daft suggestion, for a number of reasons.
1) we don't have the infrastructure in place to handle the number of tests were currently need to administer.
2) the amount that you would need to spend to accommodate universal re-tests every 5 years would be astronomical
3) spending that amount of money on driving infrastructure when we should be looking to **reduce** the number of cars on the road would be counterproductive. Those billions should be spent on improving public transport. |
