| Comment | In my case, because there wasn't a structure where I could make a complaint or get it sorted without any backlash. I know its selfish, but I wasn't going to make myself an office pariah and alienate my coworkers over it.
Nowadays, having seen/heard more of what it's like for women, I would be more inclined to say something, but thankfully I'm working in a better place. |
