| Comment | Oh how distressing for you! Yes, clearly she has major mental health issues caused by her addictions. She might have a support worker herself now that she has been in trouble and has a record now. I hope you get this resolved as soon as possible...go to the papers if you have to. Publicising your story might well shame the authorities into taking some action! :) |
