I guess yeah I am determined to explain that I do put the blame on the council, they are my local government in charge of these things.
Can’t comment on whether it’s “not even the worst 10 in the country or not” I can only compare to the cities I have lived in, but it is significantly worse for cleanliness/vermin than: Oslo, Stockholm, Prague, Amsterdam and Rotterdam. It is better than Maputo though, so I guess it depends on who you want to consider your peer |
