If you are referring to CityFibre being installed by PMK, then it takes about two week from them digging up the road to getting going.
How long installation takes will then depend on your chosen ISP and any issues at the property.
You will know when it is going to start as you will get notified of road closures etc (check what is posted on lamp posts).
