It will take much longer than it has for builds that completed some time ago. So the people Anniesland/Giffnock etc saying weeks/a few months for them isn't going to happen for us unfortauntely.
Basically due to the telecoms market crash the contractors will hold completed areas at ransom to CityFibre as they aren't giving out any more work.
