Comment	Depends what the reason for withdrawal is. Out of date cards and hot listed cards should be withdrawn. If it’s just a case of card not working (i.e faulty or damaged) then the option should be given to pay the fare and keep the card, or hand the card over and receive a temporary 7 day pass. If passenger opts to keep the card then they will need to pay on every bus they get on.
