| Comment | Take note it absolutely has to be a DualSense controller to operate Safe Mode, third party controllers won't work. A DualSense is the PS5 standard controller, just for reference.
Mind and try the other ports on the console if the one you try first doesn't give you a reaction. You can also try resetting the controller too. There's a wee hole on the back you can push a pin into and hold for 5 seconds, which will reset it. Shouldn't entirely be necessary but every little helps. |
