| Comment | So, if we are talking *in* Glasgow with money being no object then I'd take 57 and 57a Partickhill Road and convert them back into one villa. It's easy walking distance to Partick and Byres Rd but with large enough grounds you would feel quite out the way. Also, you get a good bit of exercise walking back from home from most directions. I also like the modern terraced sandstone houses at the back of Cottiers on Highburgh Road.
Thinking about around Glasgow, there are some absolutely ridiculous mansions around Paisley with huge grounds, so I'd probably get one of them as it's walking distance to the Keg and Gilmour St for getting around (although if money's no object I'm probably just getting a driver to take me anywhere). |
