| Comment | First time I saw the super off peak it took ages googling my specific services to work out which are super off peak and which are just off peak, it's massively unclear. And, as you say, if I'm getting a return into town, I'm not 100% sure what time I'm coming home, might want to stop for a pint or food. I generally just get myself a standard off-peak (luckily my train is only 3 stops from Central so it makes little difference).
That being said, with the scrapping of peak fares, they are also scrapping super off-peak so there will just be one all day fare which will make this easier (and hopefully you won't have to pick your departure and return times in the app because of this). |
