Y'know, I really admire that you, a young guy, has stepped up and been brave enough to say how you feel. Not enough guys do this.

Ok, so you have a good doctor, and are doing the Wellbeing course, these are two great positives. You work, and you study...another two good things.

What happens when your thoughts spiral? I found it helpful to say things to myself like "Who is telling me this? Did this happen or am I making it up?" This does two things...one, it made me realise I tell myself so many stories that aren't true. Nobody has said anything of the sort except me. Two, I found I had a habit of creating scenarios which served to make me feel negatively about certain situations. I ruminated a lot and just made myself feel really crap. Which can be quite a difficult mindset to get out of.

What do you do when you aren't studying or working? Do you enjoy your course or are you finding it difficult? What about work, hows that going?
