| Comment | Roberta's in the city centre. Please don't go! It's so unbelievably awful. Terrible food & terrible service. I went because it looked so pretty. The service was incredibly slow. I had to order 4 drinks before I found something that was in stock (no sparkling water, no still water, no soda water! They forgot to put our food order in, then they brought food but no cutlery, we had to get that ourselves by chasing someone down. Then a waiter walked past the table and stuck his finger in my not yet finished glass of wine and swiped it away, I had to run to catch him because that glass cost me £10! The main course was a roast chicken dish with potatoes which were totally burnt and solid, stuck to the metal oven tray they were cooked on. I had to practically wrestle someone to finally bring the bill so we could just leave! Wouldn't you guess it, all the drinks they didn't actually have were still on the bill. I really did feel like I was being pranked. |
