I've used the QR code to report overflowing bins, but man, there is nothing more disgusting than standing next to one of the smelly fuckers and trying to point your camera app at it.
They should have created a giant one so you could get it from a far. Unless I'm doing it wrong and you can actually zoom in on one of the small ones.
