‘People’ aren’t dumping sewage in the River Kelvin, Scottish Water is. Overflow pipes release sewage into
rivers when it rains heavily to prevent sewage backing up into people’s homes, the River Kelvin has several of these overflow pipes

Scottish Water is a publicly owned company answerable to SGov’t ministers. So you could write to your councillor, MSP, MP. Form a political action group. Start a petition.

To really sort the problem you’d need to go back in time and make Scottish Water / SGov’t invest in better sewer infrastructure
