| Comment | Based on responses it seems that sometimes it happens by chance - the property just has some sort of appeal that makes a clickable post (eg, it’s stunning, it’s in a great location, it’s really cheap)
Other times estate agents have a role in arranging the articles.
It would make sense as to why some of the articles do actually feature interesting properties, and other are just… meh
One thing for sure is that is easy money for GL regardless. The articles take little effort and likely generate good ad revenue. |
