If I was you I’d contact the police, you don’t need to be a dick about it just explain that you’re worried for both their and your own safety..
The reality of the situation is that if someone is asleep on your doorstep then they are desperate and likely not sober.
Obviously you want to make sure they’re ok but it at the expense of your safety/wellbeing.
Ironically calling the police on them may be the best thing you could do for them as if they’re not in contact with agencies that can help them then the police could help with that (not saying they always will, but they could). |
