I’m sorry if you thought I was saying that police only exist in capitalist countries. This is obviously not the case.
However, the relation between police and capitalism is that whenever the status quo is threatened, and the balance of power or wealth is put at risk, police will be the first called upon to put down the protests of their fellow working class to protect the ruling classes. This is what I mean when I say they are class traitors.
Look at the way that protests were handled during the coronation for a small example of what I mean. How do you think that would play out if there was a genuine desire among the population to get rid of the monarchy? |
