They will almost always offer some sort of tailoring - mainly because if it’s tailored, you can’t return it.

Sneaky move. But good to know.

The reason to be aware of this is that sometimes the suit may fit fine when you try it on - and they’ll offer to take the cuffs in, or the legs up a bit. I’ve had it before where they’ve done this - I’ve trusted their advice - and then after getting it home and trying it on it felt too short. When I went to return it I couldn’t because it had been altered. Raging.

They did offer another alter, but it’s more difficult to make things longer again so it never felt like it did prior to the initial altering.
