| Comment | I understand. I just think it's encouraging the wrong thing (buying newer, less fuel efficent albeit less cancer causing vehicles).

My car also gets better MPG than the bike on city streets.
My main point was just to point out that the LEZ and reducing emissions in total are basically at opposing ends. |
