Aye to be fair, it's a bit disingenuous saying ye can get a 147k house for a mortgage of £435 haha. Big asterisk on that as you'd need to have roughly an £70,000 to £80,000 of a deposit with current rates to get that.
My arse is only sore cause I've just bought a house for £140k with a 10% deposit and I'm due to be over £800 a month.
