I'll get downvoted for this, but it's not the great venue it's hailed to be. Yes it's won some awards, a while back. It's decent, but far from the best in Glasgow.
The layout of the place can be annoying, so make sure you're over stage left before the gig starts. If you're on the right there's a constant stream of people going to the bar/toilet.
