Comment	I think it should be a set percentage of the recent property value - e.g 1% of something £130k = 1300 and 1% of something work 1.2mil = 12000. The current system is based on historic prices and doesn’t reflect the extreme rises in certain properties. Currently I pay £1550 and people at the top pay a maximum of £4677.13. There is no relation to actual priority value and the amount of tax.
