If the budgets from UK government in terms of public spending have consistently been cut. SNP to my knowledge have tried to make up the short fall - that’s led to cuts in LA spending.

I mean they’ve went against bedroom tax, offered extra benefit payments, free tuition fees, baby boxes, free prescriptions, free bus travel for young people, etc etc.

How you can think cuts on wider national services doesn’t affect funding decisions in Scotland doesn’t make sense.

I’m not an SNP support and even I can sympathise with the position they’ve been put in. What would Labour or Conservative have done to overcome the shortfalls? I’ve not once heard anything from them other than criticism.
