Yeah, but I assumed the vast majority of the original post is bullshit for attention. It reads like a LinkedIn post about how you gave someone a second chance.
I think in general they are taking the bikes away in a van to another city to sell. But I don't think it's junkies, I think bike thieving is their actual job hence their familiarities with angle grinders etc.
