I used to go out myself a lot. Loved it. Soon after I stopped as I found a missus, this would be about 2015, a friend who worked as a bouncer told me that clubs were changing their policies to stop single males from going in. Rationale was that too many were going in and acting weird around women, approaching women on the dancefloor etc. So it's been a policy for a while
