I went for jobs that didn’t ask for CVs, that asked for more general info as I had no work experience at the time.
Silverburn are doing a [recruitment day](https://www.shopsilverburn.com/news/job-fair/) next week I think. I’ve seen it before; you can actually meet the managers f2f, directly give them your details and they’ll contact you.
Word of mouth is a great way to get hired. When I worked in retail, managers would sometimes ask us if any friends/family want jobs. |
