Seething here because if people saw the internals and the number of people in high paying positions literally doing nothing (and keeping their heads down to avoid being caught) there would be riots.
It's not just a NLC problem, councils everywhere need to get a grip and increase efficiency / seriously consider cutting deadweight staff before cutting public services. |
