Comment	One giant pothole filled with litter. GCC seem to have no vision for the city, and IMHO lack the competency to deliver one even if they did. So the city rots whilst GCC play with themselves. It's a shame because Glasgow could be a great, modern, pedestrian friendly city.

GCC seem to have no vision for the city, and IMHO lack the competency to deliver one even if they did. So the city rots whilst GCC play with themselves.

It's a shame because Glasgow could be a great, modern, pedestrian friendly city.
