Genuinely my experience on a bike has changed so much for the better since taking someone's advice to always cycle in the middle of the lane.
If you cycle in the gutter, drivers often feel they can attempt to squeeze by you, even in the most dangerous circumstances.
It's better to always go down the middle of the lane, and not give them the chance to try it. |
