My work posts their apprenticeship opportunities in Scotland on apprenticeships.scot (that’s where most companies do) generally there isn’t an age limit on apprenticeships and I can’t speak for all companies but the apprentices in my work jump into solid stable careers pretty quickly because they’ve had the benefit of gaining lots of experience alongside their qualifications.
