| Comment | Cycling is great, but I think we need a new infrastructure like Denmark, and they have totally seperate lanes from cars.
I wouldn't feel safe on a bike in Glasgow.
And cutting up cycle lanes into a busy Road doesn't help. Blocking a lane in a cycle may work for you, but it's going to feed into the issue of frustration that feeds the aggressive nutters more, or worse make moderate tempered drivers frustrated and try and over take dangerously.
I have seen cycle lanes turn a busy junction into a total nightmare during peak times. |
