When I was really young, around 2 years old, I got burned by an entire kettle full of boiling water. Was in hospital for weeks etc, and then for years had constant treatments/appointments etc.
But yeah I have full on scarring over my right shoulder, upper arm, chest, abdomen, hip.
As a kid going places like swimming, or during the summer months it would always be the same kinda people that would make ignorant comments, ask stupid questions. Majority would be adults.
I was probably too young to really grasp what anyone was saying.
But yeah, unfortunately there is a small minority of people who are ignorant enough to comment on other people.
Don’t ever feel you have to hide anything from them, and you don’t owe anyone an explanation. |
