I was briefly with Hacking and Patterson in another flat I was in. I was able to get them to answer the phone/emails. But if memory serves me it was £50 a month.
You can kick the factor out if you get a majority vote, there are a number of other factors to look at.
Self factored really is the best. But we all own out flats and we have someone who is willing and has the time to organise the maintenance. |
