I'm fired up just reading this. I have really bad damage to my window/ ceiling/floor from water pouring in every time it rains for 3 months and them doing nothing.
My advice is keep everything on email and email their complaints email attaching photos of the problem. I don't engage with them on the phone anymore because it's like it never happened. My stuff still isn't resolved but that's where I'm at |
