I knew plenty of weans who cut about in those circles, and ended up out, but just about as many who either died or ended up in jail. You might remember Aaron McConville, the fanny who boasted about a murder he committed on YouTube, sending himself to jail. I grew up around him and the fannies in that gang the Young Sooside Cumbie.
Just because the poster made some very good observations as to why ned culture died out doesn't mean they're suspicious. You're probably assuming that there's no way anyone who was involved in that kind of world could ever make a post that didn't look like a badly produced mid 2000's YouTube comment, but its entirely possible. |
