It's what BrewDog built their business and based their identity on, so it's a reasonable example. And it's not about just not paying them, it's about the feeling of being in one of their venues and wondering if any members of staff there might have been touched up by their gaffer and then told to keep quiet about it or get sacked. Just seems a bit off to me. |
