| Comment | I think the primary reason is that Stamperland has lots of two beds and some of the houses aren't as 'nice' as some of the other areas of Clarkston and Giffnock and particularly Netherlee, which is full of 3/4/5 bedroom bungalows and beautiful old red brick houses.
As for SIMD, I don't really know how helpful it is in terms of house buying and doesn't in anyway take into consideration the experience of people living in what they consider to be the most deprived areas. |
