Does that include the actual kitchen parts? If not, it seems incredibly steep.
I got my kitchen totally redone back in July, from Wren. Small kitchen, and for the design and materials and all appliances I paid about 7k

Wren offered to fit my new kitchen for an additional 3.5k (this was for a “dry install” no plumbing or electrics done)

My parents knew a great fitter who did it much cheaper, so if you know of anyone who can rip out, install, do electrics and plumbing you’ll pay a lot less.
