I’ve been in a situation where solicitor has fucked up and to be honest you are in a losing situation unless you have cast iron proof that they’ve fucked up.

Getting into a heated fight with them on the working day before you move won’t win you any favours.

Going on legal advice uk won’t give you any silver bullets that will instant fix this situation.

The issue with delaying by two days is that I’m assuming there’s a chain, so tough getting all parties to agree the day before it happens.

I would call back your solicitor and find out what options you have.
