Comment | Most of the smaller rivers, like the Kelvin and White Cart have this *all* the time.
I don't know if it's soapy foam or if it's grease or something else but it does clump together into larger - really wobbly - clumps.
I'd guess that, by the time it hits the Clyde, it'd have diffused enough not to be that noticable, but after the massive amount of rain yesterday it's all been flushed out in massive quantities to the point you can actually notice it. |
