Doesn't your logic apply to the hamas fighters who have caused the retaliation. Yes I do believe that Israel clearly has caused and almost certainly is conducting warcrimes. A slight difference is that the fighter pilot is presumably not being told to bomb indiscriminately therefore the responsibility for the death of civilians lies further up his chain of command.
Hamas fighters had the option to only attack Israeli soldiers and police. Video shows that they carried this out successfully in many areas. Yet they still decided to butcher hundreds of innocents at a rave for peace and parade their bodies in the streets. Literally disgusting. |
