| Comment | I sorted out car insurance for Bobo Balde about 14 years ago. He had been running about in a brand new BMW without insurance, been stopped by the police and told to get it sorted. So he drove over to the Direct Line Insurance call centre on Cadogan Street and asked to buy some insurance. I was taken off the phones and sent down to sort him out. I explained how it all worked and got him insured. He thanked me, then called his agent to shout at him for lying about the car being "pre-insured" |
