| Comment | It's just outside of the St Enoch Masterplan area. Though the buildings just west of it are included in the last phase, Phase 4.
If the masterplan does all go ahead though, I expect this building to go.
Either because there'll be a compelling case for the owners to do more with the site, or as an outside possibility, that it could be compulsory purchased as part of a Clyde Metro project to create a link between the underground Argyle Line and the Union Line that crosses into the Gorbals.
That project is suggested, vaguely, by the current concept map, but raises all sorts of technical questions. So that might never happen. |
