| Comment | In my old flat in Anniesland I used to cycle to Dawsholm recycling centre to recycle my tetrapaks (not accepted in household recycling, most people don't even know). I could go all the way along the canal, nice and safe.
In my new flat, the closest recycling centres are death traps to cycle to. No thanks, I'm not risking my life for some tetrapaks. I don't feel guilty because the council does not provide reasonable solutions for recycling. Even for people who drive, it would make no sense to expect every one to drive to the recycling centre every week for their tetrapaks. |
